Sunnyvale’s Littel Citizens Philanthropic Society ‘reaching out to others’

by Charlie Holland

Littel Citizens is a group of children aged 4-12 (including junior citizens aged 10 and up) in the Texas area who are dedicated to making the world a better place.

According to Bernadette Swad, Director and Founder of Littel Citizens, “The inspiration for Littel Citizens came from one of humanity’s most generous and kind-hearted people, Richard Fiaschetti. Richard found great peace and solace in helping others, and it carried him through many hard times. When Richard left us in 2003, it seemed only natural to start a children’s organization in his honor that teaches children at an early age to reach out to others.”

This request was for a mixed use of high density residential (town homes and apartments), and retail/commercial use.
